I wish everyone a very Merry Christmas to you and your families. I started the day with midnight mass at my parish church and now I am off to my parent’s house for lunch. I hope you all have a great day :)

Christmas Party
My school SPMA finished the year last weekend with our annual Christmas party. We had about 100 students, family and friends enjoy a BBQ in the park along with some sumo :) We also handed out our annual awards at our Christmas Party. Big congratulations to all of our winners.

End of year gradings
Black, black and more black! Just finished a week of gradings at my two schools. Congrats to the new Thai Kickboxing Black T-Shirts at both my Liverpool and Concord schools and new BJJ black belt at my Concord school. It was the first time I graded students to Black T-Shirt and also awarded my ninth BJJ black belt. Check out the photos and names of my students :)

UFC Fight Night 33 Results Brisbane 7th December 2013
I lost my match by decision at UFC Fight Night 33 in Brisbane. Congratulations to my opponent Ryan Bader. He was my toughest opponent to date and he proved it on the night. It is now time for me to heal up, rest and then go back to training. Back to the drawing board as they say.I just have a few stitches and bruising so it will be all healed up in 10 days.
I want to thank God. I want to thank my sponsors Balance Sports Nutrition and Venum. I want to thank my coaches and cornermen Steve Rudic and Luke Martin. And thanks to Paul Dallow for being my third corneman and organising my banner and shorts and walk out gear. A big thanks to my students, family and friends for their undying support.
