What does a typical kid’s Muay Thai class look like?
While we aim to offer variety in our kid’s Muay Thai classes, each class includes a fun warm-up, technique drills, pad work and partner exercises. The focus is on learning proper form, building coordination and developing confidence in a fun and structured setting.
Does my child need any prior experience to join?
Not at all. Our kids’ Muay Thai program welcomes beginners with no previous martial arts experience. We teach all the basics from the ground up, and our instructors ensure every child feels confident and supported as they learn new skills and make progress.

How do kids progress in Muay Thai?

Yes, Muay Thai can improve discipline, focus and self-control, thanks to the structured nature of our classes. It also encourages respect, attentiveness and listening skills.
What kind of equipment does my child need?

Can my child try a class before signing up?
Yes. We offer free kickboxing classes for kids for two weeks, so your child can experience Muay Thai firsthand before committing. It’s a great way to meet the instructors, see the facility and make sure it’s the right fit.
What should my child wear to their first Muay Thai class?
Comfortable workout clothes like a T-shirt and shorts are perfect for the first class. Once officially enrolled, students may wear the Team Perosh uniform. We also recommend bringing a water bottle, and we’ll provide any additional guidance on gear if needed.
