I taught a BJJ seminar at Team Perosh Mixed Martial Arts affiliate BJJ academy Synergy Jiu-Jitsu Academy in Wollongong on 21^st May. It is run by my BJJ Black Belt and good friend Grant Barlow. He just opened up his new academy. It was great to see his new academy for the first time and meet his students. Thank you to everyone who attended.
