Grading practice starts today. Our December gradings are next week for BJJ and Muay Thai. Here is the grading schedule for next week. It’s our end of year gradings. They are always extra special. Mark your calendar and be there!

• 3 Dec 4pm Kids Muay Thai Kickboxing

• 3 Dec 5pm Kids BJJ 11-14 year olds
• 3 Dec 7pm Adults BJJ
• 4 Dec 10am Adults Muay Thai Kickboxing
• 4 Dec 11am Adults BJJ
