Open Mat is back!
Open Mat is back on every Sunday 2pm to 4pm from this Sunday 15th August. It is a time to practice the techniques you have learnt with your training partner. It is not a regular class. Victor Fox will be the head coach and supervising the session. Victor is a BJJ Black Belt & Muay Thai Kickboxing Black T-Shirt with Team Perosh Mixed Martial Arts.
You do not need to book your classes online. Instead you will register your attendance at the front door using the Team Perosh QR code.
Open Mat is only open to Team Perosh Mixed Martial Arts students and Team Perosh Affiliate students. Affiliate students pay $10.00 for the session. Students from other academies, introductory students and visitors are not allowed at Open Mat until COVID-19 is over.
