We will reopen on Monday 15th June! We have a new modified timetable. To attend a class, you must book online on our website as classes are capped. We sent everyone an email this morning. If you did not receive it please send me a private message and I will email it to you.
All classes are no contact. Here is a general outline of classes
1. BJJ (Adults & Kids) – Warm up, solo BJJ drills, strength & conditioning
2. Thai Kickboxing (Adults & Kids) – Warm up, shadow boxing, padwork
3. MMA – A combination of BJJ & Thai Kickboxing
Here is what will not return until all Covid-19 restrictions are taken off.
1. Yoga classes
We are all excited to reopen and be back! We are a Covid safe facility and all our staff have completed a Covid Safe Martial Arts certification. We need you to help us out too. Read the attached checklists you received by email so you know what to do before, during and after class.
