Dubbo BJJ off to IBJJF World Nogi BJJ Championships

I was supposed to teach a grading and nogi seminar at Team Perosh Mixed Martial Arts affiliate BJJ academy Dubbo Brazilian Jiu Jitsu on Saturday 30th November. I got to the airport any my flight was delayed for 3 hours. My flight and all flights to Dubbo were then cancelled and I did not make it.
 
They were all training hard and were prepared for grading. Well done to head coach Jerryn Biles on getting everyone ready for their grading. I will be back soon.
 
And very best of luck to Jerryn Biles, Jacen Hugget, Maiysha Craig and Zach Ogden who left for LA yesterday to compete in the IBJJF Nogi World BJJ Championship this weekend!

I taught a grading at Team Perosh Mixed Martial Arts affiliate academy IMC Kemps Creek last Friday. The IMC grading included all IMC academies from Kemps Creek, Liverpool, Wetherill Park and Prospect. Big congrats to everyone who graded and extra congrats to new BJJ Blue Belts Nicholas & Damien. New BJJ Black Belt at Team Perosh

New Team Perosh BJJ Black Belt! I taught a BJJ seminar at Team Perosh Mixed Martial Arts affiliate BJJ academy Kemps MMA in Nowra last Friday night. At the end of the seminar I presented Head Coach Richard Kemp with his BJJ Black Belt. It was well deserved and long overdue! We had a special shark tank for him where he endured several rounds and even tag team rounds being on the bottom of double kneeride and double side control. Joining him in the shark tank were 3 of his students who were all promoted to Brown Belt. Big congrats to Richard and to the boys who graded.

I held a grading and seminar for Kids BJJ and a seminar for Adults BJJ at Team Perosh Mixed Martial Arts affiliate academy Newcastle Karate last Sunday 28th July in Newcastle. It was the first time I went up there for grading and seminar. Big congrats to everyone who graded and thank you to everyone who attend my BJJ seminar. Well done to coaches Marc Matthews, Jesse Landry, Marc Whitehead and Cameron McGregor for getting everyone ready for the grading. I am looking forward to the next one already!

Welcome to new Team Perosh affiliate academy Sydney Combat Sports Academy (SCSA) in Rydalmere. I taught their first BJJ class last Wednesday night. From next week Coach Andrew Mills will be teaching BJJ Wednesday nights and Coach Richard Arpad will be teaching BJJ Friday nights. Affiliate BJJ Gradings at Macqaurie Park and Minchinbury

I attended affiliate BJJ gradings of Macquarie University Sport & Aquatic Centre at Macquarie Park last Wednesday night and Elite Martial Arts Australia at Minchinbury last Thursday night. The adults graded in both Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai Kickboxing and kids in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Big congrats to everyone who graded. Well done to head coach Victor Fox at Macquarie and Ethan Zahra at Elite on getting everyone ready for their grading.
