Team Perosh MMA team went 1 win 1 loss at Urban Fight Night 25 last Saturday.
Nathan Maitre won by unanimous decision dominating every round with strikes, takedowns and groundwork. Emil Jeries lost by submission in the 3rd round in a tough back and forth match. Emil’s fight was voted fight of the night! They both did their best and are now resting up.

Team Perosh MMA student Lucas Angelakos lost by submission in the 3rd round in his mma match at Urban Fight Night last Friday night. He is disappointed but ok. He had his arm checked out and there are no breaks or dislocations. He is resting up and recovering and he will be back to training soon.

I taught a BJJ grading and MMA seminar at Team Perosh Mixed Martial Arts affiliate BJJ academy RMA in Griffith last Wednesday 11th December. Big congrats to everyone who graded and extra congrats to new BJJ Blue Belt Brooke! Team Perosh student Andrew Mills lost his Welterweight title fight at AFC MMA show Sunday 1st December in Melbourne. After winning the first round he got caught with a submission in the second round. Andrew is ok and will be back at training soon.

Last night was one of those learning experiences for Team Perosh! Our fighters went 1 win 3 losses at the Urban Fight Night MMA show Friday 29th November.

Joey Befiore won a split decision in a tough match which was all stand up. Albert Roncal, Lucas Angelakos and Harry Smith lost their matches. It was Albert’s second match and Lucas and Harry were making their debut. They all had their chances to win but sometimes it doesn’t go your way. Well done everyone.

We had 4 fighters on the night so needed a lot of help backstage. Thank you to cornerman Nobby, Phil, Nelson, Greg and Hari for getting our fighters ready.

Thank you to everyone who came to support our fighters at Urban Fight Night. You’re the best!
