Waterpolo team cross training in BJJ

Head Coach Anthony Perosh from Team Perosh Martial Arts did some cross training with the Under 16 Girls UTS Balmain Water Polo Club last weekend.

Waterpolo techniques under water involve a lot of grappling! The training session included BJJ and Wrestling techniques that they can apply in their game.

The team are favourites heading in to the National Club Championships to be held in October. Good luck!
