BJJ seminar at Kemps MMA in Nowra

I taught a BJJ seminar at Team Perosh Mixed Martial Arts affiliate BJJ academy Kemp’s MMA in Nowra on Friday 1^st April. It is run by my BJJ Black Belt and good friend Richard Kemp. I taught a lot of my favourite techniques including pressure takedowns, pressure sweeps, pressure passing and pressure subs! I had a lot of fun with Richard and his great students.
