I attended the BJJ seminar by Demian Maia this week. Demian is a UFC veteran, ADCC Champion and 5^th Degree BJJ Black Belt. As a UFC veteran myself Demian was one of my favourite fighters to watch in the UFC. Thank you Demian for sharing your technique during the seminar. Thank you to Team Perosh BJJ student Michael for attending with me and to Fari for organising the BJJ seminar.
