Grading and seminar at Lake Macquarie Jiu-Jitsu

I taught a BJJ No Gi Seminar and attended a Gi grading at Team Perosh Mixed Martial Arts BJJ Affiliate Lake Macquarie Jiu-Jitsu. Well done to Head Coaches Todd Price and Nathan Wood for getting everyone ready for the grading. Congrats to everyone who graded and thank you to everyone who attended the seminar at Lake Macquarie Jiu-Jitsu.
