Remembering our coach Peter Mrsnik

It has been 1 week since our coach and great friend Peter Mrsnik passed away after a courageous battle with cancer.

Peter was more than a student and coach to me. He was a mentor and very good friend. I want to write so much about him, but I am lost for words. I miss him terribly.

Peter taught us to do our best and fight to the end. He did that himself on the mat teaching, in the ring competing, and in life.

We’ll carry his legacy forward. Rest easy Peter. You will always be with us.

If you would like to join us and celebrate Peter Mrsnik’s life with fond memories, his funeral is being held Thursday 3 April 2025 at 10am at Macquarie Park Cemetery and Crematorium, Cn Delhi Rd & Plassey Rd Macquarie Park.

The 10am service is at Magnolia Chapel with the post service gathering at Wallumatta Function Centre, which is within the cemetery grounds.
