3rd Team Perosh BJJ Brown & Black Belt Day

Team Perosh BJJ team had a BJJ Brown & Black Belt class last weekend. It was our third BJJ Brown & Black Belt Day. We worked on a mix of modern and classic guard passing and then did a lot of specific training and rolling. It was a great Saturday afternoon! Thank you to everyone who attended.
