We had two spur of the moment presentations!

I officially awarded plaques to our 2022 annual award winners. The awards were announced at our Christmas party last year. It took a while to get the plaques! Here are our award winners!

• Adults Competitor of the Year – Michael De Marco
• Adults Competitor of the Year Runner up – James Griffiths
• Adults Most Improved of the Year – James Astor
• Kids Competitor of the Year – Dante Barbanera
• Kids Most Improved of the Year – Giorgio Hatz

The second presentations was awarding new BJJ Blue Belts to four of our teenagers. They are all BJJ competitors and once they turn 16 years old they can’t compete as White Belts anymore. Congratulations to Natasha, Damian, Ruben and Oshae on being promoted to BJJ Blue Belt!

New timetable starts today. Here are the changes.

• Mon 6pm Wrestling
• Tue 6pm BJJ Nogi Intermediate (White belt 3 stripe and above)
• Wed 6pm MMA Sparring (Small gloves)
• Thu 6pm BJJ Nogi Intermediate (White belt 3 stripe and above)
• Fri 7pm Open Mat
• Boxing classes have been cancelled

Last weekend we had a monster 2 days of moving. We are now a new and improved, leaner and meaner martial arts academy. All the dead weight has been removed! Come and check out the new timetable and new layout of Team Perosh Mixed Martial Arts.
