Open Mat is back at Team Perosh
Open Mat is back at Team Perosh Mixed Martial Arts every Sunday from 2pm to 4pm starting tomorrow. It is free for all Team Perosh Mixed Martial Arts students and $10.00 for all external students. It is run by Team Perosh BJJ Black Belt and Thai Kickboxing Black T-Shirt Victor Fox. At open mat you can come and go as you please, train your own technique with a partner or train solo. It’s up to you!

We are having our annual Christmas Party this Sunday 19th December 12pm at Team Perosh Five Dock. We are having a BBQ. It is $5.00 entry for each person and all entry fees go to St. Vincent De Paul Christmas Appeal. Please RSVP by this Wednesday at the academy or by email so we can organise food and drink. It is BYO.
