Lockdown extended for another 2 weeks

We hope everyone is staying safe during this lockdown period.

Team Perosh Mixed Martial Arts remains closed as the lockdown has been extended until Friday 11.59pm 30 July in line with the NSW Government’s announcement of the shutdown of Greater Sydney, the Blue Mountains, the Central Coast and Wollongong.

On Saturday 31^st July we will reopen if the lockdown is not extended. In the meantime, please stay safe and healthy. I posted this video last year. I am sure you feel the same!

Dear Team Perosh Family!

Team Perosh Mixed Martial Arts is a world class academy and one of the best in Australia. We couldn’t have done that without the amazing support of our students. We are forever grateful.

We will be closed for 2 weeks from 26 June 6pm and reopen Saturday 10 July in line with the NSW Government’s announcement of the shutdown of Greater Sydney, the Blue Mountains, the Central Coast and Wollongong.

Guest BJJ coaches

Last week Team Perosh Mixed Martial Arts had 2 guest BJJ coaches take the Monday and Wednesday Intermediate/Advanced BJJ class.

BJJ Black Belt Steve Rudic took class on Monday night. Steve was (and is) my Boxing coach and was my main coach and cornerman for all 9 of my UFC Light Heavyweight bouts. He started BJJ when he met me and only recently received his BJJ Black Belt.

BJJ Brown Belt Simon Carson took class on Wednesday night. Simon is based in Melbourne and is the co-owner of Absolute MMA and MA1. Simon and MA1 fitted out the second room at Team Perosh with cage, mats, heavy bags and all the gym equipment.

Thank you to both our guest BJJ coaches Steve and Simon. They were both very generous by teaching a class for us and were happy to help everyone with their technique.

Here is our Easter Schedule:

02 Apr – Good Friday – CLOSED

03 Apr – Easter Saturday – OPEN

04 Apr – Easter Sunday – CLOSED

05 Apr – Easter Monday – CLOSED

All classes are normal on Easter Saturday.

Normal classes resume Easter Tuesday 6th April.

Happy New Year! We are open as usual from today with our normal timetable. It’s time to get back to training and start working on your 2021 goals.

Here is what you need to know before you come in.

Temperature checks, sanitizing stations and the 4 square metre rule continue to apply.
Students will check in their attendance for classes using the tablet.
Visitors will fill in the QR code.
Students who are training will not be required to wear a mask.
All spectators will be required to wear a mask.

I am looking forward to seeing everyone again. I am looking forward to what 2021 will bring. Let’s work together to help each other achieve our goals.
