We had a great Team Perosh BJJ Affiliate training yesterday. It was the first of many! Paul Zadro and his team of coaches from IMC, Bren Foster and his team of coaches from Elite Martial Arts, Giorgio Repice from Giant Martial Arts and Blake Kessler from MARA were all there. Looking forward to the next BJJ Affiliate Training.

AJP BJJ Grand Slam results

The AJP BJJ Grand Slam was last weekend. It is definitely one of the most premier BJJ comps in Australia on the competition calender.

Team Perosh BJJ student Michael De Marco had a win and close loss and Luke Davison won Bronze.

Team Perosh BJJ affiliates also had competitors enter. Tony Pycroft won gold, Ron Cheung Bronze and Frances Bavaro 4^th. The 4 kids Heidi B, Jack B, Kayden L and Lawson R all won Silver.

Well done to everyone that competed at The AJP BJJ Grand Slam!

Well done to the Team Perosh BJJ Team that competed at Grappling Industries Sydney recently! Kobe won Gold & Silver and Luke D won bronze. We had a lot of new first time competitors. They had some wins and losses and just finished out of the medals. They were so new they forgot even to get a team photo! Well done to everyone who competed. Proud of you all!

2nd Degree BJJ Black Belt awarded

We had a visit from an OG Wednesday night. Team Perosh BJJ Black Belt Jonathan Cuniowski came to visit and train. He has been living in London the past 6 years and has been training in BJJ the whole time. I had the honour of presenting him with his second degree BJJ Black Belt. BJJ Summer Cup results

Team Perosh won a 11 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze medal at the BJJ Summer Cup last weekend.

Gold to James (Triple), Nick, Aryan, Kobe, Oshae, Jordan, Jaegger, Dante & Isaac. What an amazing effort! Well done to everyone that competed and thank you to everyone who came to support the BJJ Summer Cup.

Extra special congrats to James Griffiths whose triple gold pushed him to the number one ranking in Australia in the Masters 1-7 category for 2022. Well done James!

We have a new Australian BJJ Champion! There were 2 BJJ competitions last weekend. Michael De Marco had 2 wins for gold at the ADCC Australian Championships in Sydney. James Griffiths won gold and silver at the Newcastle Open. Well done guys!
